DECEPTIVE AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES |

unconscionable acts or practices, and unfair or deceptive acts or
practices in the conduct of any trade or commerce are unlawful, and it
allows a consumer (broadly defined to include individuals,
partnerships, and businesses) to file a lawsuit against any business or
entity which violates the act.
